Genealogy charts: 8-generation pedigree charts explained

The makeup of the EasyGenie pink kit (8 generation pedigree charts).

This is Ian Lamont from EasyGenie genealogy charts and forms. Today I’m going to be talking about the 8th generation blank pedigree chart and you can buy them in a set of 10 folded charts.

But I wanted to show you what the unfolded version looks like as well. As you can see, it's huge 17 inches by 22 inches. That will look like a nice poster if you put it on your wall or if you frame it, and there's quite a bit of detail.

So on most of the names besides having a cell - like a bubble - for the name itself, we have details about where they're born, where they died, where they were married, and other notes.

As you get further along, further back in time, there's less space to write all those details but there's always space to write names. And on a chart like this, you can go up to 255 names.

For more information about the EasyGenie eight generation chart, look at our website, check it out, and thank you so much for watching.
