Genealogy Story Kit: What do you think?

We're in the process of designing a new genealogy kit to help genealogists preserve family stories. The idea is to go beyond the name/date/place format of most genealogy charts, and create charts, worksheets, and forms that help families tell the stories of their ancestors. There will be a paper set as well as a fillable PDF version you can print out at home. What do you think of the following samples?
